At OKLIVO, we want visitors to be able to report listings that appear fake, misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with our policies.
If you have noticed a profile using someone else's photographs, incorrect contact details, impersonation, suspicious payment requests or other potentially harmful content, please let us know.
Your report helps us identify concerns and decide whether a listing needs further review or action.
You do not need to prove a violation before submitting a genuine concern. Please provide accurate information and explain what you observed so that our team can assess it appropriately.
1. What You Can Report
You can report a listing for reasons including the following.
Fake or Misleading Profile
Choose this option if a listing appears to contain false information, fabricated claims or details intended to mislead visitors.
Photo Used Without Permission
Report a photograph if you believe it belongs to you or another person and has been published without the necessary permission.
Impersonation or Identity Misuse
Use this option if a listing appears to pretend to be another person or uses someone's identity or photographs in a misleading way.
Incorrect or Stolen Contact Details
Report contact information that appears unauthorised, misleading or associated with someone who has no connection to the listing.
Suspicious Payment Request or Scam
Choose this option if a listing appears to involve fraud, blackmail, deceptive payment demands or attempts to obtain sensitive information.
Suspected Exploitation, Coercion or Trafficking
Use this option if you have a genuine concern that a person may be threatened, controlled, exploited or advertised without their knowledge or authority.
Underage or Prohibited Content
Report content that appears to involve a minor in a sexual or exploitative context, or other content that is prohibited by our policies or applicable law.
Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected illegal material to support your report.
Non-Consensual Intimate Images
Report intimate photographs or videos that appear to have been shared without the necessary consent or in violation of applicable law.
Other Policy Violation
Choose this option if the listing appears to violate our Terms of Use, Content Policy or another applicable rule but does not fit the categories above.
2. How to Submit a Report
Please follow these steps when reporting a listing.
Open the listing you want to report.
Copy the listing URL or note its unique listing ID.
Select the most relevant complaint reason.
Describe the concern clearly and factually.
Provide a reply email address if you would like us to contact you about the report.
Submit the form using the reporting feature available on the website.
Please provide only the information needed to identify and assess the complaint.
You should not include passwords, banking credentials, unnecessary identity documents or unrelated private information.
3. What Happens After You Submit a Report
Once a report is received, our team will assess it according to the nature of the complaint, its urgency, the information available and applicable legal requirements.
Depending on the circumstances, the review may involve:
Checking the reported listing and its details.
Assessing whether the content may violate our policies.
Requesting clarification where reasonably necessary.
Restricting access to content while a serious concern is reviewed.
Removing or correcting a listing when appropriate.
Taking action against accounts associated with repeated or serious violations.
Escalating a matter to the appropriate authority when required by law.
Not every report will result in removal. In some cases, further information may be needed, or the available evidence may not establish a violation.
We will handle reports through the applicable review process and communicate where appropriate and legally permitted.
4. Urgent Safety Complaints
Some reports require particular urgency, including concerns involving:
A minor in prohibited sexual or exploitative content.
Non-consensual intimate imagery.
Suspected human trafficking or coercion.
Threats, blackmail or serious safety risks.
Private information published to intimidate or endanger someone.
If a person appears to be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or law-enforcement authority rather than relying solely on an online report.
For urgent complaints involving content on OKLIVO, use Verified Urgent Reporting Email.
Where appropriate, we may restrict access to reported material while assessing the complaint and take further action in accordance with applicable law.
5. Photo and Impersonation Complaints
If a photograph or profile appears to use your identity without permission, please identify the relevant listing and explain your relationship to the person or material concerned.
You may be asked for limited additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the complaint.
We will seek to minimise the collection of sensitive personal information and will not ask you to submit intimate images through an ordinary email or general contact form.
Where the complaint concerns non-consensual intimate imagery or identity misuse, we will assess it through the appropriate process and take any action required by applicable law.
Use Photo and Impersonation Removal for these complaints.
6. Anonymous Reports and Contact Information
If the website supports anonymous reporting, you may submit a report without providing your name.
However, leaving contact details may make it easier for us to request clarification or provide an update.
We will explain which fields are required before you submit the form. Any optional contact information should be used only for appropriate purposes, such as reviewing the complaint or responding to your request.
We will not promise complete anonymity where technical records, legal requirements or the circumstances of an investigation may make that impossible.
7. False Reports and Misuse of the Reporting System
Please submit reports honestly and in good faith.
Do not use the reporting system to harass another person, submit knowingly false allegations, interfere with a legitimate listing or attempt to obtain private information about another user.
We may take appropriate action against repeated abuse of the reporting system, subject to applicable law.
A report does not automatically establish that a listing has violated a policy. Each complaint will be assessed according to the information available and the applicable review process.
8. Privacy and Handling of Complaints
Information submitted through the reporting form will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may use the information to locate the listing, assess the concern, communicate with the reporter where appropriate, document the review and take necessary action.
Access to complaints and supporting evidence should be limited to authorised personnel who need the information for the relevant purpose.
Please avoid submitting unnecessary personal details about yourself or other people.
For more information about how information is handled, read our Privacy Policy.
9. Review Outcomes and Follow-Up
Depending on the findings, a report may result in content removal, correction, temporary restriction, account action or no further action.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide an acknowledgement or an update about the complaint.
For privacy, security and legal reasons, we may not be able to share internal investigation details or disclose action taken against another person's account.
If you have additional relevant information, you may reply through the official complaint channel and include your report reference number, if one has been provided.
